        -Complete and pass the Wyoming Broker Managment Course (Responsible Broker Only)

        -Pass the National Exam for Brokers

        -Pass the State Exam for Brokers

  • Requirements for Individuals Actively Licensed in Another State
    • Saleperson Applicants Licensed in Another State
      • -Individuals must submit two (2) fingerprint cards

        -Complete and pass the Wyoming Law Course

        -Complete and pass the Salesperson II Course

        -Pass the Wyoming State Exam for Salespersons

        Colorado Licensees: FA = Salesperson in Wyoming

    • Associate Broker/Responsible Broker Applicant Licensed in Another State
      • -Individuals must submit two (2) fingerprint cards

        -Complete and pass the Wyoming Law Course

        -Complete and pass the Broker II Course

        -Complete and pass the Wyoming Broker Management Course (Responsible Broker Applicants Only)

        -Pass the Wyoming State Exam for Brokers

        Colorado Licensees: EA, IA, ER, EI, IR, or II = Broker in Wyoming

  • Requirements for New Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs
    • Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies
      • A copy of an official record of appointment of the individual as the Responsible Broker for the company is required naming the individual officer, partner or member

        Corporate minutes or an official record submitted must be signed by a corporate president and attested to by a corporate secretary

        If conducting business under a trade name, the responsible broker must submit corporate minutes or an official record reflecting authority for the trade name to be used
